Start the day off right.

Breakfast is one of my favourite meals! It kick starts your metabolism for the day and what better way to start your day than with a healthy breakfast?

This morning I had a bowl of low fat, unsweetened Greek yoghurt with blueberries, a banana, organic honey and shredded organic coconut.

Blueberries are a good source of vitamin K and also contain vitamin C, fibre, manganese and other antioxidants. Blueberries can help protect against heart disease as well as improve your memory.

Why I also love this breakfast? It doesn’t bloat me at all! 🙂
