Fitness for me is not just about looking good but mainly about being healthy. It’s become a way of life now. If I don’t do some form of exercise every day, I just don’t feel right. I tend to get grumpy and feel as though I’m not as energetic as when I do exercise. Each day is progress and one more little step forward.
I’m quite good at motivating myself but I always like a little ‘extra’ inspiration. And so for me, I follow a few fitness pages on Instagram which help me, especially when I might be having an off day.
I’ve worked so hard on getting me some abs and I’m so chuffed that I’m now able to see the results!
Strive for progress, not perfection.
